Just what does it mean to be a clone? Despite having the same DNA, clones do differ in some ways from their originals. A clone is younger than the original animal and will have its own history. Just like any baby, the cloned baby sheep has a lot to learn!

Scientists hope to use clones like Dolly to make medicines for people with serious diseases. The medicines could be produced using special proteins taken from Dolly's milk.
