The Poetry of Invertebrates

Can you capture the movement of a jellyfish or the table manners of a sponge? Write a poem, free-verse or rhyming, about one of the following animals: jellyfish, sea star, worm, snail, or sponge. Describe how the animal lives and how it moves and eats. Try to capture the feeling of the animal in the words you choose and the way you arrange those words.
